When it comes to the true character of our ingredients, we believe less is more.
In many of our chocolates, we deliberately avoid adding flavours*. Because real, unadulterated taste comes from natural ingredients.

Praline
Hazelnut. Smooth at heart.
We use roasted hazelnuts – mainly from Turkey – processed locally into a pure hazelnut paste without any added oils or fats. At RITTER SPORT, this paste is blended with cocoa mass and cocoa butter (no palm oil) to create our smooth nougat filling. Each praline bar contains 42% nougat filling – crafted to the original RITTER SPORT recipe and made without any added vegetable fats such as palm oil. Creamy 100% fine praline in its truest form – smooth, nutty and unmistakable.
